Tenant finish & warehouse renovation consisting of demolition of 17,000sf of existing office space and build-back of new 6000sf showroom with high-end finishes for the granite industry. Disassemble, relocate and reassembly of warehouse crane system. Replace all warehouse lights. Polish of warehouse floor. Install new warehouse fans.
