Project:     Avenue J Demolition and Clean & Show
Location:  Grand Prairie, TX
Size:           30,000sf
Role:          General Contractor

Clean and show of existing multi-tenant building.
Included demolition of multiple tenant spaces, including asbestos abatement.  Installed new storefront and loading dock doors.  Completed all new exterior painting and installed new warehouse lighting throughout.
