Project included conversion of existing an skilled nursing space to memory care in an occupied building, creating four separate "neighborhoods" each with separate common living rooms, dining rooms and kitchens and 10 resident rooms.
Existing building was load bearing masonry and concrete building. Project included major structural modifications to accommodate openings in load bearing masonry walls.
